SHIPPING COST

If you are part of our loyalty program, to the titles of courageous or daring, then the delivery costs are covered by the house!

Please note that delivery costs vary depending on the destination country as well as the delivery method chosen. The amount will be indicated to you during the finalization of your order.

For countries not part of the European Union, we inform you that additional customs fees may have been asked. We will not be able to reimburse you for these costs.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country as well as the chosen delivery method. Note that once your order validated by our logistics, the shipment of your package will be made within 48 hours.

Please note that, for countries outside the European Union, border taxes additional you may be asked.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER

As soon as your order has been shipped by our logistics, an email bringing together all the information relating to your order will be sent to you. You will find in particular the tracking number of your package as well as the link allowing tracking.

I did not receive my order, what to do?

We are sorry to know that you are having a problem with the delivery of your package. If the deadline announced by the delivery method you have chosen is exceeded, we invite you to contact us so that our customer service can solve your request as soon as possible.
